Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the Rongin Fit web platform, mobile clients, or interactive 3D apparel customizer, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of the terms outlined herein, please terminate usage of our platform and customizer tools immediately.

2. Design Submissions & Intellectual Property

When uploading custom artwork, typography, and vectors onto our design systems, you agree to the following terms:

• Ownership: You assert that you are the lawful copyright holder or possess appropriate commercial licenses to print the uploaded artwork. Rongin Fit is not liable for intellectual property infringements initiated by users.
• Prohibited Content: We maintain strict standards. Uploads promoting ethnic hatred, religious discrimination, obscenity, defamation, or political agitation will be declined and flagged. Orders including such content are subject to immediate cancellation without warning.

3. Renderings, Sizing & Printing Deviations

Our customized WebGL 3D viewer and SVG mockup render engines represent designs as accurately as possible. However, please acknowledge:

• Color Deviation: There may be minor (5-10%) deviations between screen colors (RGB space) and physical textile prints (CMYK pigmented space in DTF printing).
• Dimensional Variance: Due to customized tailoring and high-temp printing shrinkages, garments may showcase an industry-acceptable size variance of up to 0.5 inches relative to size-chart dimensions.

4. Order Pipeline & Payment Milestones

Rongin Fit executes orders strictly on-demand:

• Orders are validated and routed to our print queue only after payment confirmation via SSLCOMMERZ or localized partial-deposit bookings (where applicable).
• Unpaid custom design orders will automatically close after 24 hours in the checkout system.

5. Cancellation & Replacement Policy

Because custom-tailored and custom-printed goods cannot be restocked or resold, general return policies are inapplicable:

• Manufacturing Defect: If the apparel shows textile holes, printing anomalies, incorrect placements, or size discrepancies outside limits, we will manufacture a fresh replacement or issue a full refund.
• Claims Interval: Issues must be declared within 48 hours of shipment arrival, accompanied by clear video unboxing evidence and photo closeups sent to support/whatsapp.
• Sizing Misjudgments: If the client inputs incorrect sizes, the item remains non-refundable. Please review size specifications before finalizing checkout.

6. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed and construed under the legal frameworks of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes, allegations, or challenges arising between the platform and customers shall first be resolved through friendly mutual discussion. Unresolved disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the court chambers of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
