• We will never print, showcase, or utilize your custom designs for other customers without explicit written consent.
• Our server-side image engine (powered by Sharp and backdrop-removal APIs) processes uploads temporarily, saving optimized assets inside isolated, secure Supabase Storage buckets strictly for manufacturing purposes.

4. Payment Security & Processing

We maintain zero-retention compliance. Payments are routed through SSLCOMMERZ, Bangladesh's leading payment gateway. Your sensitive card details, mobile banking credentials, or wallet parameters are secured by bank-grade TLS/SSL encryption and never touch our databases.

5. Strategic Disclosures & Delivery Partners

We never lease or sell your contact metrics to advertising networks. Information is only disclosed to key operational entities:

• Logistics & Fulfilment: Customer name, shipping address, and phone details are provided to trusted logistics providers (e.g., Pathao, Steadfast) to execute deliveries.
• Production Units: Design specs and color coordinates are dispatched to our local printing hub, keeping customer profiles fully anonymized.
